"You'll never feel like it"
Some days have really passed since my last blog. I was waiting for the "I now feel like writing feeling", obviously it was not forthcoming. The truth is the difficult things are the most valuable but we don't like doing them. It may be waking up without hitting the snooze alarm,going to the gym or even reading a book. The mind is designed to protect us thus when doing a difficult thing it magnifies the problem thus the many excuses we tell ourselves. Many achievers have told us that in order to succeed we must control our mind ,I am fascinated by Eliud Kipchoge(one of the greatest marathon runners) who always says that "if you don't rule your mind it will rule you". So we must learn to control our mind. When the mind tries to trick you ,there are metacognition techniques(metacognition is the ability to control your mind)that you can use.
